These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, applications, and services provided by Tide Health and Performance (“Tide,” “we,” “us”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Tide provides medically supervised GLP-1 care delivered by licensed clinicians, along with digital tools for tracking, communication, booking, and partner and professional management. Features and availability may change over time.
Our services do not provide emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Any educational or general information provided through our tools is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your care team.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be of legal age to use our services.
Professionals and partner organisations are responsible for their own licensing, qualifications, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws. Listing or participation does not constitute an endorsement or employment relationship unless expressly agreed in writing.
The services, including content and branding, are owned by Tide or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or use them except as permitted.
The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tide is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
